Departments

Students interested in being part of the WLHS Radio Club can sign up to be placed in one, or more, 'departments'. The departments are: 1. D.J.'s, 2. Engineering, and 3. Webmaster.

1. D.J.'s can be found behind the control board/microphone in the radio studio. Students are shown how the equipment works, and what it takes to be a D.J. Those students that indicate an interest can also assist in doing 'live' remotes such as sporting and/or community events.

2. Engineer's are responsible for all of the equipment. This includes the equipment in the radio studio, and the equipment used in doing the 'live' remotes. Computer equipment is also part of this. At least one engineer is needed at all 'remotes'

3. The site you're looking at was designed, and is being maintained, by student web masters. We will constantly strive to keep the web site updated, and continually add new material.

In the near future, other departments may be added.
